1.2 Full Refund: Eligible refund requests made within the specified 24-hour window will be honored with a full refund of the purchase price.
1.3 Service Access: During the 24-hour refund period, customers will have full access to the purchased subscription service. However, upon processing a refund, access to the service will be immediately terminated.
1.4 One-Time Policy: This refund policy applies only to the initial purchase of a subscription. Subsequent renewal payments are not eligible for refunds under this 24-hour policy.

2. Non-Eligibility for Refunds

2.1 Expired Refund Window: Refund requests made after the 24-hour period has elapsed will not be honored, regardless of the reason for the request.
2.2 Subscription Renewals: Automatic subscription renewals are not eligible for refunds under this policy. Customers are responsible for managing their subscriptions and canceling before the renewal date if they no longer wish to use the service.
2.3 Misuse of Service: Refunds may be denied if we determine that the service has been misused or if there has been a violation of our Terms of Service during the 24-hour period.
2.4 Promotional or Discounted Subscriptions: Special promotional offers or heavily discounted subscriptions may have different or no refund eligibility. Such exceptions will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.

5.2 Effective Date: Any changes to the refund policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
